 SJFC SHRM Student Chapter St. John Fisher College's SHRM Student Chapter is an academic affiliate to the internationally recognized Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization. Our mission is to create mutually beneficial interaction between SJFC students and business professionals, specifically those with backgrounds in human resources. Some of our activities include inviting successful business professionals to speak on campus, touring HR departments of local companies, learning about the best practices in the various fields of HR, and competing in regional and national case competition conferences which allow us to compete with hundreds of universities across the country.
